This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through the e-commerce platform operated by RND Plastech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “RND”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By purchasing products from our website, mobile application, or any digital platform operated by us, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

We are committed to providing quality household products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, in certain circumstances such as receipt of damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, customers may be eligible to request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the terms set forth in this Policy.

This Policy is formulated in accordance with applicable laws in India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and shall apply to all purchases made through the Company’s digital platforms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or broken.
• The customer receives a wrong product.
• The product is missing parts or accessories.
• The product received is significantly different from its description on the platform.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories.
• The item must not show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or tampering.
• Certain products may be marked non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

RND Plastech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed return window
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Log in to your account on our platform.
• Go to My Orders.
• Select the product you wish to return.
• Click Request Return/Replacement and provide the reason.

Alternatively, customers may contact our support team via email or customer support channels available on the website.

Once the request is approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details.

6. Replacement Policy

Customers may request replacement and refund if:

• The product is defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product was damaged during shipping

Your order will be exchange and Replacement will be delivered within 7 days.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process must be followed.

8. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), shipping charges will be borne by RND Plastech Pvt. Ltd.
• If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

9. Fraud Prevention

RND Plastech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

• Excessive return requests
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Violation of this policy
